Autorisaties zijn instelbaar op gebruikersniveau, gebruikersgroep niveau en op gebruikersrol. Wanneer een gebruiker een gebruikersrol heeft, is het niet mogelijk om voor de gebruiker afwijkende feature autorisaties in te stellen.
Autorisaties die op de rol ingesteld kunnen worden:

Wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van rollen worden alle autorisaties per rol bepaald behalve de volgende autorisaties die nog op de gebruiker zelf in te stellen zijn:
- Dossier toegang beheren
- Gebruikersrol beheren
- Beheer gebruikersautorisatie
- Beheer document beoordeling
- Beheer agenda autorisatie
De overige autorisaties gaan via de rol.
