Om de oplossing in productie te nemen en de verzuimcijfers correct te herstellen, moeten vannacht eerst de benodigde BI-verwerkingsjobs worden uitgevoerd. | Woensdag 8 juli 13:50 Vanmorgen heeft de netwerkleverancier van onze hostingprovider netwerkapparatuur vervangen. Tijdens deze wijziging ontstond om 09:12 uur een routeringsfout, waardoor een aantal IP-reeksen tijdelijk niet bereikbaar was. Hieronder vielen onder andere verbindingen naar CM.com (SMS-diensten) en YubiKey-authenticatie. Het betrof een verstoring bij een leverancier van onze hostingprovider. Nadat de leverancier het probleem had vastgesteld, zijn direct herstelmaatregelen genomen. Om 09:22 uur waren alle getroffen IP-reeksen weer bereikbaar. Om 09:24 uur hebben wij kunnen bevestigen dat inlogacties weer succesvol werden verwerkt. De verstoring is opgelost en alle diensten functioneren weer normaal. | Wednesday, July 8 1:50 PM This morning, the network provider of our hosting provider replaced network equipment. During this change, a routing issue occurred at 9:12 AM, causing several IP ranges to become temporarily unreachable. This included connections to CM.com (SMS services) and YubiKey authentication. In this case, the disruption occurred at a supplier of our hosting provider. Once the supplier identified the issue, corrective actions were taken immediately. By 9:22 AM, all affected IP ranges were reachable again. At 9:24 AM, we were able to confirm that login attempts were being processed successfully. The incident has been resolved and all services are operating normally. |
